Casa Albada

The house

Set into the old terraces above Deià, the house steps down the hill in three long volumes of local stone and pale concrete. Light moves through the rooms from morning to evening, and every main space opens to the outside.

Casa Albada has been cared for by the same family for many years. Materials are honest and local: stone, lime plaster, oak and linen, with modern systems hidden behind calm surfaces.

Setting

Private, yet close to village life. Restaurants, a harbour and a good bakery are a short walk or drive away, and the nearest airport is within an hour.
